Moves I do as a GM

There are many things going through my head about what I would do as a GM. Here they are:

Trade Salty, Yunel, Jo Jo and Devine to Texas to get Mark Teixeira, Kevin Millwood, and cash.
Send down Davies.
Fire Chino, make Julio the bench coach.
Recall catcher Brayan Pena
Purchase 1B Kala Kauihe’s contract.
