It is being reported by the ESPN News bottom line that SS Edgar Renteria has been traded to the Detroit Tigers. While the details of the trade have not yet been discussed or revealed, I thought it was worthy of being reported here on Blabberin Braves.

Willy Aybar played in his first Dominican Winter League game yesterday. It’s his first game since Spring Training, having missed the whole year battling a broken bone in his hand and severe substance abuse issues.
